For instance, if you need a nanny who speaks English for a family with two children, an elderly member, and two dogs, please specify whether the nanny should have a medical certificate, if cooking is required, cleaning responsibilities, contract details, probationary period duration, and any other relevant regulations. Before our workers arrive, we should also discuss specific home habits and cleanliness expectations. You and our staff are encouraged to communicate rules and dining etiquette to build a positive working relationship.
Customer Compliance: We highly value the privacy and dignity of our employees and expect you to maintain a respectful relationship with them. We do not condone intrusive inquiries regarding an employee's personal life, such as marital status, number of children, whereabouts, schooling, or other private matters. If discussions about these topics are necessary, we ask that they be conducted privately and with utmost consideration for the individual's privacy.
Service Fees: Our service fees encompass various offerings to ensure a smooth experience for employers and employees. These services include ensuring timeliness, providing basic training covering courtesy, orderliness, personal hygiene, and baby care instructions, facilitating salary agreements, offering initial translation services, assisting with conflict resolution, and supporting the staff's integration during their initial days at your home.
Worker Replacement Guarantee: If a helper decides to depart within the specified period covered by our agreement, Hearty Helper offers a replacement service to the employer, ensuring continuity without additional costs.
Payment Deduction for Operational Efficiency: Hearty Helper has implemented a payment deduction policy for new hires as part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence. Upon joining our team, the employer will deduct 20% of the new helper's first month's salary on the commencement date. This deduction covers administrative expenses related to recruitment, onboarding, preparing for potential replacement helpers, facilitating seamless transitions within our workforce, demonstrating our dedication to efficiency, and supporting new team members' integration.
Salary Transfer Agreement: The helper will receive 80% of their agreed-upon salary, with the remaining 20% directly remitted to Hearty Helper by the employer on the first day of employment, as mutually agreed upon. This arrangement ensures clarity and adherence to our payment terms.
Prompt Payment Expectations: Employers are expected to fulfill their payment obligations promptly, starting from the new helper's employment commencement date. Please do so to avoid a late fee of 500 baht, with an additional penalty of 20% of the total sum owed for each month of delay. These measures are in place to incentivize timely payments and uphold fairness to our new helpers.

We ensure replacements within the coverage period. Typically, successful pairings are made within 1-3 days, with the exception of Chinese New Year and holidays.

Payment Terms:

On the first day of employment, the employer must advance 20% of the worker's monthly salary.

This advance payment, for example, if the monthly salary is 16,000 baht, amounts to 3,200 baht.

Breach of Contract:
A breach of contract may occur under the following circumstances:

The customer voluntarily cancels the service while the intermediary service remains uninterrupted.

The customer requires assistance to fulfill the agreed-upon schedule but fails to do so.
Package Terms and Conditions Overview:

No Refunds: Please be aware that the package cost and the in-person interview fee are non-refundable.

Tax Included: All prices already include the 7% VAT tax, ensuring no additional charges on your package.

Helper's Salary: The client packages outlined do not cover the salary of a helper. This is a separate cost to be considered.

Replacement Policy: The rates include the provision of a replacement helper if either the client or service provider is dissatisfied with the service.

Limitations on Replacement Services: In certain situations, such as the client's location, behavior, or other unforeseen reasons, Hearty Helper may be unable to provide a replacement service. Under these circumstances, Hearty Helper is not liable to offer replacement services.

Client Conduct and Service Termination: If services are terminated due to the client's conduct or actions, Hearty Helper is not responsible for providing replacements or refunds.
