We may release personal information to other caretakers (Outsource) to store and back up personal information using Cloud Computing and to build the Hearty Helper information technology system.

To monitor the contact between our employees and you through email or the Internet to avoid leaking Hearty Helper's sensitive information to third parties.

If the personal data we collect from you is necessary for us to comply with our legal responsibilities or to enter into a contract with you, we may not be able to supply (or continue to provide) part or all of our goods and services to you if you do not give the requested personal data.

 

3. What Personal Information does Hearty Helper collect?

3.1 Personal data refers to data that can directly or indirectly identify you as follows: Personal data that you provide directly to or through Hearty Helper or that Hearty Helper obtains through your use of services, contact, visit, or search via digital channels, website, call center, assigned persons, or other means.

Personal information obtained or accessed by Hearty Helper from sources other than you. For instance, our Site's caregivers, customers, government organizations, business partners, financial caregivers, and information from caregivers. Hearty Helper will only acquire data from other sources with your agreement unless doing so is required for Hearty Helper and permitted by applicable laws.

Your personal data that Hearty Helper collects, uses, and/or discloses includes (but is not limited to) the following: Personal information such as name, surname, age, date of birth, citizenship, marital status, national identification number, passport number, work permit, VISAs, Police Background checks, customer agreements, caregivers' agreements, workplace, business; Your family information, such as the name of your children, the name of the person who will be cared for by the caregiver, and the name of your employer.

Correspondence with Hearty Helper through the website, email, etc., where user information is saved and backed up, etc.

Criminal records, including the alleged crimes that Hearty Helper obtained from you and other concerned parties for the purpose of delivering our services in line with this Privacy Statement and relevant laws.

Tax information such as Tax identification number etc.

 

3.2 Hearty Helper will only collect, use, or share your Sensitive Data with your express permission or where required by law. Hearty Helper may collect, utilize, and/or disclose biometric identifiers (Biometrics), such as facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, retina recognition, and voice recognition, to verify and confirm applicants' identity for services/or transactions via digital channels or other channels, etc.

You undertake not to provide us with any false or misleading information and promise to notify us of any errors or changes to such information. We have the right to request further evidence to verify your information at our sole discretion. If you register as a user of our Site, connect your account to your Social Media Account, or use other Hearty Helper services, we may access information about you that you freely submitted to the provider of your Social Media Account in accordance with that provider's standards. We will always handle and utilize such personal information in line with this Policy. If you do not want us to collect the aforementioned information/personal data, you may opt out by telling our Data Protection Officer using the contact information listed in paragraph 12. Note, however, that opting out or withdrawing your permission to our collection, use, or processing of your personal data may impact your ability to use the Services and the Site.

When registering and creating an account, you will be required to provide your name, email address, username, and password, and we may request additional information such as your phone number, email address, primary address, identification photo, bank account information, age, date of birth, and gender. Either Short Message Service (SMS) or email verification must be used to authenticate your User account.

For example, you must provide your name, user ID, current address, and phone number to caregivers on our website for them to provide the required services. You have the right to share your personal information with anybody to complete your transaction except Hearty Helper. Our website users may have access to one another's name, user ID, email address, contact information, and postal address. These individuals or entities will collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information in accordance with the purpose of your permission or this Privacy Statement.

 

4.2 From time to time, third parties and we may make software program downloads accessible to you through the Site or the Services. These applications may independently access and permit a third party to view your personally identifiable information, such as your name, your user ID, your device's IP address, or other information, such as any cookies that you may have previously installed or that may have been established for you by a third-party software application or website. In addition, some apps may request that you supply more information to third parties directly. Hearty Helper does not own or control the third-party goods or services made available via these apps.
